The annual juried exhition at Westmont returns in 2013. This season, our focus is "Confluence." We hope you will join us for this popular exhibition!
CONFLUENCE

SUBMISSION INFORMATION

Juror: Peter Frank, Los Angeles based art critic, curator and poet.
Prizes: $1,000 First Prize and other cash awards
How to Submit Artwork: Artwork submission will be accepted through this web site beginning on March 15, 2013. You will need to upload a digital image of your work (maximum file size: 6 MB). If you need assistance with this process, you can call the Museum at (805) 565-6162.
Final Deadline for Submission: Wednesday, April 17.
Eligibility: Open to artists residing in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
Media: All media accepted, including video art and digital paintings. No non-original reproductions. Must be wired for hanging. 3D work must be "turn-key" and ready to install. No installation art.
Size: 3' maximum width, 7' maximum height, 2' maximum depth, including frame. 3D works can be up to 3' x 3' x 7'.
Entry Fee: $25 for the first entry, $10 for each additional entry; three entries maximum. Fee for 2nd and 3rd entry is waived for Museum members. Artists who join the Museum with their submissions will be members for the 2013-2014 season (Click here for more information about Museum membership).
Sales: The Westmont Ridley-Tree Museum of Art will receive 30% of all sales. All artwork must be for sale.
